Join the ACF Caxambas Chapter of Southwest Florida on Monday, July 17th at 5:30pm in the private dining space of Calcasieu. James Beard Award winning chefs Donald Link and Stephen Stryjewski of Cochon, Cochon Butcher, Berbsaint, Peche Seafood Grill, Gianna, and La Boulangerie will bring a “distinctive blend of passion” to your culinary experience. Calcasieu, located in the warehouse district is about 2 blocks from the convention center and above the restaurant Cochon at 930 Tchoupitoulas Street. The entrance to Calcasieu is on Andrew Higgins about half a block from Cochon. If you reach Butcher, you’ve gone too far. There should be a sign out front to guide you to the proper location. Once you enter you can walk straight up the stairs or use the elevator where you’ll enter the Higgins Room for cocktails and a three-course plated dinner. Please be prompt.
