  We are excited to kick off 2025 season with a very special event- a Wine Dinner at Bay Colony Golf Club! Chef Tyler Field, his culinary team and Sommelier Maden Stoev are looking forward to showcasing an exceptional dining experience.
  
  This exclusive event is limited to 70 attendees and will sell out quickly, so encourage you to register as soon as possible.  The reception will begin at 6:00pm, dinner starting at 7:00pm with the cost is $95 per member, and $120 per non-member guest. Please note that you must pay in full to reserve your spot. It will be considered pending until paid.

  We are excited to announce the 35th Annual Jim Lynch Memorial Scholarship Golf Classic, a premier event hosted by Bonita Bay Club in Naples, Florida, on May 25th, 2025. Since its inception in 1989, this enjoyable golf event has been a cornerstone fundraiser for the American Culinary Federation (ACF) Caxambas Chapter of Southwest Florida.
  
  Our chapter proudly represents a diverse group of Chefs, Culinarians, Students, Vendors, Partners, Food Enthusiasts, and other Restaurant and Foodservice Professionals in Southwest Florida. We are a dedicated organization committed to supporting the culinary arts through education and professional development.
  
  Over the past thirty-five years, our efforts have significantly contributed to the funding of Culinary Arts programs in Collier and Lee County schools. Additionally, we provide scholarships and grants to deserving Culinary Arts students to support their post-secondary education. The Jim Lynch Memorial Scholarship Golf Classic has enabling us to make such an impact. We invite you to participate in this year’s event and consider supporting us through Tee Sponsorships, Prize Donations, and Silent Auction contributions. Your generosity is crucial to the success of our event and the continuation of our educational initiatives.
  
  Examples of Donations: Golf foursomes, Dinner packages, Fishing/boating/excursion gift certificates, Golfing Merchandise/Apparel, Primal meat cuts, Restaurant Gadgets, Beverage assortments/packages, Cigars, Resort weekend getaways, Spa gift certificates, Assorted gift cards and baskets, etc.
  
  How to Donate: Your charitable support is appreciated and vital to the success of our tournament.
